Colleen Brummer


Founder & Pilates Instructor

Colleen’s name for the studio, ENERGY, is a direct reflection of her passion and enthusiasm for Pilates as well as her desire to inspire and motivate each person that comes to the studio. Her constant drive for further education and knowledge relating to body biomechanics and injury rehabilitation results in program designs that will support and challenge the specific needs of clients and class participants alike. With a focus on myofascial muscle movement, correctional exercise and an in-depth understanding of Pilates as a STOTT Pilates Instructor, Colleen has worked with a wide range of clients in the arenas of pre/post natal, sports specific training, rehabilitation and particularly those with “life” related overuse injuries with the ultimate goal of promoting mind and body wellness.

Don Inose


Pilates Instructor

Don has been involved in the fitness industry since 2008 and started as a Personal Fitness trainer at Bally Total Fitness in New York. In 2010, his focus shifted to Pilates and he began teaching Pilates Matwork and Reformer classes at a wide variety of sports clubs and studios in the New York area. Don has completed his Comprehensive Pilates training with Balanced Body and is also certified as a TRX Suspension Training and TRX Rip Trainer Instructor. His ability to transform your Pilates experience through expert cuing, knowledgeable program design, constant encouragement and, of course laughter - make his classes and private session instruction the best part of ENERGY!

Bronwyn Pollock


Pilates Instructor

Born and raised in the Canadian prairies, Bronwyn has always had a passion for movement. She began dancing at the age of three, continued dancing through grade school and went on to study Ballet and Contemporary dance at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC. Bronwyn began her STOTT Pilates journey shortly thereafter.  She has been able to successfully help people find confidence in themselves and meet their fitness goals and has worked with a wide range of clients from youth to seniors and with varied abilities. Bronwyn is detail oriented and focuses on guiding clients through safe and effective movement that lengthens and tones and has a  keen ability to observe muscular imbalances, and select exercises appropriate for each individual client. Her dance background keeps her classes fun, flowing and motivational!
